Course Overview

Thank you so much for your interest in Browprenuer's new hybrid training program! Our program is designed for students to focus on critical theory and simulation practice at home online before in-person, group training. Students will sign up and attend the next training phase at Allie Yamaguchi Ink Studio, which will be all hands-on with live models! The goal is to create a training environment where hands-on experience is the priority and not rushed or overshadowed by lectures. We also want to build community and support our students after the training. We will offer students support on our online platform with Q&A forum sections, mentorship from Allie Yamaguchi via monthly virtual calls, and the ability to shadow the studio. Students will receive unlimited access to the program and be updated when new modules become available online.

What is Luxe Shaping & Tint?

Brow shaping or hair removal involves waxing or plucking unwanted brow hair to help achieve the desired brow shape. 

The methods used to remove hair have varied between different times and regions, but shaving is the easiest and most common method. Combine that with brow tint, and you are left with a full fluffy brow without the hassle of filling in! The tint stains the skin for 5-7 days and the hair for up to 2 weeks. Together, the pair is gorgeous and gives your client a filled-in brow look.

This class will include hands on simulation practice with doll heads and live models provided by the students. You can expect to cover the basics of hair removal techniques,  brow mapping, human hair growth, skin reactions, contraindications, and more! A practice kit along with other goodies will be provided and topped off with a training manual. Lastly, your certificate of completion will be provided to you after completing the training.

All students will recieve a starter kit with tools needed to practice your craft! kits will include but are not limited to:

- Training manual

- Brow tinting kit

- Digital calipers

- Doll heads

- Practice worksheets

- Consultation, aftercare and waiver forms

to list a few!

Certification Information Each student will be issued a certificate of completion once all students have completed the course. I will make it my mission to ensure all students understand the legistics, techniques and are properly trained before receiving a certificate to garentee their confidence and success after leaving the training.

After completion, you are welcomed to attend a refresher course and reach out for continued help and support!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please check your county health department for all license requirements. You will be provided with a certificate of completion upon completing the course. Everyone must still apply for a license in their own county/state to perform services legally. I will be sure to go over this during our training.
