Booking policy

A Beautiful Business


Deposits are non-refundable and are required for all permanent makeup services only. A card will be required to be on file for all services. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, 48 hour notice is required in order to reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel within the 48 hour time frame, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to schedule in the future. Please be sure to give notice to avoid this from happening.

If you unlink your card on file prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. If this appointment is a follow up and no fee was charged to schedule, you will be charged a $25.00 deposit when rescheduling your appointment.


Clients are responsible for confirming and ensuring the correct contact information is given when booking. No call, no shows will not be tolerated. Deposits are completed electronically and cannot be made in person by exchanging cash.

No Call, No Shows and Cancellations

No call, no shows will be charged a fee. Services under $50.00 will be charged the full service amount and services over $50.00 will be charged a 50% fee. If you cancel your appointment last minute meaning within a 24hr time frame of the actual service you will also be charged. Please be sure to cancel your appointment using the original confirmation email or reach out to the artist via email, phone or text to avoid no show charges.

Late Policy

We understand things happen such as traffic and other unexpected emergencies however, clients are expected to be on time and communicate if an issue arises. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you are subject to a $10.00 late charge and your appointment will be forfeited (cancelled) to avoid running in to the following clients appointment no exceptions. Also, your deposit will not be issued back to you and another deposit will be required to book in the future. Tardiness will not be tolerated. It is not fair to the technician and the client scheduled after your appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments 

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, you may do so online using the original link received when booking. When rescheduling an appointment, you cannot exceed more than 30 days past the initial scheduled service. If scheduling a balancing appointment, you cannot exceed the 4-6 week time frame with microblading or the 6-8 week time frame with combo or ombre.


Refunds are issued at the discretion of Allie Yamaguchi but not valid for deposits. If a service is received in full and you paid the technician and left the premises without informing the tech of any issues, you will not be issued a refund. If a service has been performed you are paying for the time and work of the technician. Deposits are non-refundable if you are a no-call no show or if you do not inform your technician of a cancellation within the designated timeframe, no exceptions.

Suite Rules

  1. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed at any time. Please plan your appointment accordingly.

  2. You are allowed no more than one guest to accompany you to your appointment. 

  3. Showing up to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be tolerated and you will be asked to reschedule based on your demeanor or strong aroma of either alcohol or marijuana.
