A BEAUTIFUL BUSINESS
All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, 24 hour notice is required in order to reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel within the 24 hour time frame, you will be charged 50% of your appointment and a new deposit will be required to schedule in the future. If you need to reschedule your appointment and do not do so within 48 hours following notice given that you cannot make the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reserve in the future. Deposits are completed electronically and cannot be made in person by exchanging cash.
We understand things happen such as traffic and other unexpected emergencies however, clients are expected to be on time and communicate if an issue arises. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you are subject to a $10.00 late charge. At the 15 minute mark, your appointment will be forfeited (cancelled) to avoid running in to the following clients appointment no exceptions. Also, your deposit will not be issued back to you and another deposit will be required to book in the future. Tardiness will not be tolerated. It is not fair to the technician and the client scheduled after your appointment.
If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, you have a week to do so after informing Allie Yamaguchi you are unable to attend the appointment. Rescheduling can be done online. If you exceed a week, a new deposit will be needed to schedule. If you are rescheduling your appointment for the 2nd time, you will be subject to pay a new deposit. When rescheduling an appointment, you cannot exceed more than 30 days past the initial scheduled service. If you exceed 30 days, you will be subject to pay an additional deposit.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Allie Yamaguchi.
Children under the age of 13 are not allowed at any time. Please plan your appointment accordingly.
You are allowed no more than one guest to accompany you to your appointment due to space limitations.
Showing up to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be tolerated and you will be asked to reschedule based on your demeanor or strong aroma of either alcohol or marijuana.
Booking an Appointment (Unable to carry out treatment policy)
Before booking your Microblading or Ombre' brow appointment, it is very important to read the "How to prepare for treatment section" as well as the "who is not ideal for this service" section. This is to ensure you qualify to receive the procedure. The guidelines are strict but ensure the integrity of your treatment. If you show up for treatment and did not read the sections suggested, leaving us unable to carry out the treatment, you will be charged 50% of total cost for the service and your deposit will not be refunded. I understand that sometimes we are excited about the treatment but it is the clients responsibility to be knowledgeable of all risk and outcomes prior to booking. If your results are at risk due to you not reading the information provided on my website, I will not perform the service and you will be charged, no exceptions.
