BOOKING POLICY + TERMS

By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined below.

BOOKING + DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits may be transferred one time only with proper notice and are otherwise non-refundable.

PAYMENT + REFUND POLICY

All payments must be made using approved payment methods. No checks are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. No refunds are issued for services rendered, deposits, retainers, or missed appointments.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING 

A minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made outside of this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service price. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment. Appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time while the full service price remains due.

PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICIES
ELIGIBILITY + MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to their appointment, including but not limited to pregnancy, nursing, autoimmune disorders, blood disorders, recent Botox or filler, Accutane or retinoid use, recent chemical peels or laser treatments, and any skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or if the condition may compromise results.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Permanent makeup results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, healing response, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Results are not guaranteed. Pigment may heal lighter, uneven, or require additional sessions to achieve the desired outcome. Cosmetic tattooing is a multi-step process and perfection cannot be guaranteed.

TOUCH-UP POLICY

One complimentary touch-up is included within the recommended time frame (typically 6–8 weeks) unless otherwise stated. Touch-ups scheduled outside of this window will incur an additional fee. Clients who miss or cancel their included touch-up forfeit the complimentary session.

PREVIOUS WORK, CORRECTIONS + COVER-UPS

Any previous permanent makeup must be disclosed prior to booking. Corrections, cover-ups, or work performed by another artist are not guaranteed and may require additional sessions or fees. The artist reserves the right to decline correction work if it is outside of their scope or unlikely to yield satisfactory results.

AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow proper aftercare may result in poor retention, infection, or pigment loss and will void any complimentary touch-ups. The artist is not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare or failure to disclose medical information.

MAKEUP ARTIST POLICIES
BRIDAL + EVENT BOOKING

All bridal and event bookings require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer. Bridal trials are separate appointments and are not included unless specified. Final balances must be paid prior to the event date.

TRAVEL + ADDITIONAL FEES

Travel fees apply for locations outside of the designated service area. Early-morning start times, extended services, parking fees, or location fees may incur additional charges and are the responsibility of the client.
